Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Traffic Services Detail conducted a series of DUI/Driver’s License checkpoints during the weekend of December 17 through 19, 2015. Nearly four thousand vehicles were screened for impaired drivers from the cities of Industry, Compton, and West Hollywood. Eight arrests were made for driving under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. Numerous other arrests were made for various offenses (a more detailed list is provide below).
